Ninth Annual Iris Festival April 30-May 1, 2027 Join Us As V

In 2016, when donations of iris were shipped to Mountain View from iris growers, the work began!  We planted iris around our Stone County Courthouse, City Hall, City Parks and our city streets.  Without the support and encouragement of Stone County and the City of Mountain View, businesses, and volunteers, we would be "frazzled" and our goals would not be realized! A big "Thank You" to our supporters!"

We will be planting many more iris rhizomes this year, and we will be planning festival activities for visitors and residents.  We need volunteers to plant iris, maintain gardens, and be hosts to our visitors.  There is no time commitment and so many opportunities to be part of beautification projects.

Twice a year, the Mountain View High School Freshmen Class comes out to help us.  Thank you students!
